By accessing or using Huddl ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
Huddl is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed mental health professionals for individual and group therapy sessions. The Platform also provides emergency crisis intervention services.
To use Huddl, you must:
Huddl is committed to protecting your health information in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
All therapists on Huddl are independently licensed mental health professionals. Huddl verifies credentials but does not employ therapists directly. Each therapist is responsible for their own clinical decisions and care.
The crisis button feature provides access to on-call therapists for mental health emergencies. However, Huddl is not a substitute for emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, please call 911 or your local emergency number.
All fees are due at the time of booking. We provide receipts for insurance reimbursement purposes. Cancellation policy: Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice without penalty.
You agree not to:
Huddl provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for the actions, advice, or conduct of therapists or other users. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
